I passed my test before Christmas, with instructor Chris Brown. I couldn't have done it with out him! Wow what an amazing instructor, I would recommend him highly to anyone! I had heard lots of good comments about Chris on here, and a few friends had also passed with Chris, so I asked for him personally and so glad that I did! I was a complete beginner and he made learning to drive an absolute pleasure. Did not take me long to pass and its all thanks to an amazing instructor. Thanks Chris!

I had Chris Brown and he was amazing. He was clear and positive through out which made it so much easier. He was funny and not too serious which again made it easy. I couldn't wait for my lessons and even with the 2 hour ones it wasnt an effort with Chris and I passed first time, so yh highly recomend and also I know two other people who passed with him

Thank you very much Chris Brown!! He is a legend! Chris is a great teacher who has helped not only in preparing me for passing my driving test but providing me with the essential skills to enable me to become a much more confident and safe driver since passing the test. (Although I haven't yet driven back to my favourite Q.M.C roundabout yet!:)

Having had various breaks in my driving I was pretty nervous and had lost some confidence but Chris helped me achieve my goal! He was very helpful and approachable for the whole time i was having lessons. He is extremely patient,calm, friendly manner and great sense of humour ,especially in dealing with my 'wittering' and nerves really helped. He deserves a medal!! I would strongly recommend Chris to anyone learning to drive who wants excellent preparation not only for passing the test but for life-long driving skills!!! p.s i will be back for more! pass plus!:)

I passed my test back in october ’10, with Chris Brown, the teacher who makes any driving instructor look like Justin Bieber on a bad hair day.

Looking back over the three months i’ve been driving solo, i’ve realized just how much Chris prepared me for post-test driving; giving me confidence to make good, smart decisions on the road that will not only save me money in the long run but avoidable troubles in the future. He’s patient, hilarious, and shapes his lessons around your needs, whether it takes a lesson or two extra to make sure you, like myself, pass first time.

I just had to write to say many thanks for such excellent customer service -
it takes a lot to impress me, but I must say, for once my customer
expectations have been highly exceeded.

After an email enquiry yesterday on your website for a block booking for a
last minute Christmas present, I received a call from a lovely lady named Claire acknowledging my enquiry and talking me
through the options.

Once we established what I would like, she then reassured me that, as it was
a Christmas present, she would ensure that I would get the gift card prior
to Christmas, even if she had to hand deliver it.

When I got home last night, it was there waiting for me!

Credit where credit is due, during times where recent experiences make me
think a high standard of customer service is a thing of the past,
1waydrivingschool has proved me wrong.

A big thank you, your efforts to provide such a good service have not gone
unnoticed, especially during this busy period.

I found 1 way driving school very good value, my instructor Chris Brown was an exceptional teacher, he taught me the skills required at a suitable pace and very effienctley , he was calm, constructive and considererate . He is also very approchable and an all round nice guy. As well as being an outstanding teacher, I would strongly recommend him to anyone learning to drive both new and expericenced drivers.

You are so patient but the jokes need some work especially the learner driver joke!!!!
